The Venue
Nashua Country Club’s Ballroom, Lounge and Patio are yours for a total of six hours of your choosing. The club will not host more than one wedding per day. The fee for reserving the space on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday is $2000. No minimum guest count or food purchases.
Included in your Venue Rental:
- Five- foot, round banquet tables (ten guests maximum per table), banquet chairs
- White, ivory or black floor length table cloths, napkins and place settings
- Table numbers, easels, votive candles, round centerpiece mirrors and hurricane globes
- Service and bartending staff
- Use of Clubhouse grounds for photography
- Patio heaters
- Décor setup and breakdown
The Ceremony
Nashua Country Club offers two on-site ceremony spaces. Our indoor option is transformed into your reception space during cocktail hour in the lounge. The Ballroom is also used as a backup for all scheduled outdoor ceremonies.

The Bridal Suite
Enjoy the unlimited use of Nashua Country Club’s spacious, vintage bridal suite on your special day. This suite includes a full bathroom, a makeup station, a hair station and a large separate seating area. A champagne toast, fruit and assorted pastries are provided for the wedding party upon arrival.

The Planning Process
Leading up to and on your wedding day, you will work side by side with NCC’s professional coordinator. Our coordinator is available to answer any questions, but most importantly, will be present on your special day to ensure that your wishes are being met. All detailing sessions, tastings and rehearsals are scheduled with our coordinator.
The Tasting
Nashua Country Club offers a complimentary wedding tasting for our brides and grooms. Up to four guests are welcome with an additional charge. The tasting will be scheduled by your coordinator upon your wedding booking.
